Happy Valentine’s Day! This week didn’t go as planned again, we had two days snowed in here in Atlanta. The first day, there was more ice than snow. The second day there was snow, but it melted in 7 hours and next week it will be 60 degrees. That’s Atlanta!

I came across this article this week on Valentine’s Day marketing. It talks about how the hashtag #ForeverAlone is a popular one across social media over the Valentine’s Day holiday.

VDay1

How do you market to a person not in a relationship on a day about being in relationships and in love? I can’t say. While I’ve had to tackle many challenges working in marketing, this is not one of them! But because I am a single person who is not in love {at the moment} I know I wouldn’t want the tagline to be forever alone. That sounds so permanent and negative. How do marketers get to single people without taking a negative approach? That is the question. Since it is Valentine’s Day, I’m doing some link love to a few great articles I’ve seen lately across the web on love and relationships. Some for the pro V-Day folks, taken, single and the anti ones too 😉 Have a wonderful day!
