I have been working on 10k training for 2 weeks now. In the first week, I noticed my energy levels were just not what they normally are. I usually have no trouble waking up early in the morning energized and motivated. I would even workout at 5 am and post blog updates. Lately, I have been feeling completely drained. Tired at 6pm, not wanting to wake up on time, craving naps during the day. Just flat out exhausted. I talked with two different doctors about it. Both assured me that I’m fine. One suggested that I monitor my calories to make sure that I’m eating enough, because not only did I feel exhausted, but I also lost my appetite for the most part. The other suggested that I workout regardless of how I feel and make sure to eat something even if it’s something small. I’m watching it, and hopefully I will be back to myself soon. So, I decided to focus on making sure two things are in order:

1. My diet

2. My exercise

I usually plan out my week on Sunday afternoons. So, this Sunday will be the first time that I will share my “action plan”. This will help me balance life, fitness, work, blogging and every other thing that my heart desires to do within 7 days time. In other news, I purchased a new pair of Brooks shoes the Ghost 6s and I’ve been working to break them in before espirit de she in November!

And I will be joining in on the latest Tone It Up challenge: 100 by Halloween. I want to get in a morning workout, so more later including Blogalicious, my action plan and a giveaway or two.
