Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Fortunately, I’ve always been a big fan of breakfast. Recently, I found Chobani yogurt at my local Publix store. I followed them on Twitter, and they even sent me a box of their Vanilla flavor for sharing my enthusiasm about their yogurt with my friends!

One of the best parts about Chobani: 16g protein

I add almonds and raisins to my yogurt and feel full until my mid morning snack.

If you have never tried Greek yogurt, I highly recommend Chobani. I have tried strawberry, peach, pomegranate, and plain. Ever since I tried Greek yogurt, I have not gone back to regular. Greek keeps me more full!
